Here is a list of all accepted payment methods, and additional details.

Shipping & Delivery 

Standard shipping is via 2-3 day Priority USPS. We endeavor to ship all orders the same day whenever possible. Orders received on the weekend will be processed, but will not ship until the next business day. During the holiday season, you may experience shipping delays beyond our control. Shipping times will return to normal after the holidays. With this in mind, we ask that you wait at least 10 days before requesting to research a delayed shipment. We appreciate your patience during this busy season! 

Refunds & Returns

We stand behind all our products with a full 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us to arrange for a return and refund. Please note emails indicating products were used for human or animal consumption will not be responded to and void our return or refund policy.

Products Eligible for Refunds:

  • Any product that has not been opened or used.

  • A maximum of two opened products (including individual vials). 

This guarantee applies for 30 days and begins from the day the tracking number confirms delivery. After 30 days, we cannot guarantee you a full refund or exchange – but will consider such requests on a case-by-case basis Customer satisfaction is our number one priority!

Notes:

  • All refunds or exchanges must be pre-approved in advance – please do not ship us a return before you have been issued an RMA.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method when possible – usually within 2-3 days of receiving a return
